"Shipping clerk has a very bad attitude, I understand they have certain policies about the type of trailers they load, but if it's not specified by the brokers, we have no way of knowing. Don't take it out on the drivers and owner operators because the people posting the loads are incompetent and don't specify that flip up ramps and fenders aren't aloud to haul your freight, my trailer met your dimensions that were posted for the load, nothing was stated about fenders or ramps which is ridiculous in the first place. I haul the same freight from all the other companies out there with this same trailer and have never had an issue because I have the means to make the deck level with my load bearing fenders. Do not try to pick up freight from this company with anything ignorant people may consider a "Car Trailer". You will be turned away with attitude."
