"After many years of using S & H as a subcontractor I finally had the opportunity to use them my self. I give them 5 stars because they communicated well, we’re ready to install before I was ready and the installation process was a great experience. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed when they said they would! Can’t say enough about my experience with them!"
"Over the course of OVER a MONTH, this place NEVER got back to us about estimates once providing floor sizes to them. We made many calls. They said once that Claire (owner) had a family emergency but they never got back w us. One female worker left hateful, RUDE voicemail that we would have to wait “in order” for customer service. Well, if we waited for THEM to install flooring, we would be on the ground. DO NOT recommend them as WHY pay for such RUDENESS! Look elsewhere for new flooring. Their prices are crazy high per samples in the store. I can definitely SEE why the ONE nice female worker we met QUIT. They don’t even deserve ONE star."
