His employee (Mary) addressed all of my concerns and provided suggestions for what I wanted in the house, if she didn’t have the answer. She would get back to me in a timely manner. After making my carpet and the installation decisions, the end result was a resounding success. The installation crews were efficient, organized and on schedule.
