"They were and continue to be a Godsend. My home is an old schoolhouse that is on a crawlspace, but has a partial basement that was dug later to accommodate mechanical. The water intrusion has been atrocious due to a high water table. The basement is only like 200 SF, so I really didn't want to spend my life savings on an unfinishable space. "After many recommendations and quotes I decided to go with Jay Butts with JB Foundations. I've lived in sterling for four years, my basement flooded even with the smallest amount of rain. Jay and his crew did an excellent job and I'm happy to say with all the storms we've had recently my basement is the driest it's been in four years. They trenched around my whole basement and installed a sump pump well. He did a good job of explaining the process and ensuring I was happy with the final product.
