"Not very pleased with the placement of stone ! Was supposed to be at the bottom of grave . I have emailed & called them at least 4 times to have corrected & I am assured it will be taken care , still not done ! What do I have to do get this taken care of ? Them being understaffed is not my problem. Should have been done correctly the first time"
