"This hurts my ego a little because I feel taken advantage of. The owner was very nice, and would have thought 5/5 stars. However, it appears we were robbed $300 for a chimney sweep that was poorly done. We called someone out here to look at our pellet stove so we can run it for this season, and they had to clean the chimney because of how dirty it was. So what exactly did I pay $300 for? I’d honestly appreciate a call back to fix the situation before I go the bank and file a chargeback :) Update * refund was issued because the owner was NOT licensed to come preform work on my house, still took $300 from me and wouldn’t of refunded had I not called them and let them know I caught them. SHADY!"

"I had a chimney emergency of sorts and needed our chimney cleaned asap. Amazingly they had an opening for the next business day. The owner came to my house and told me what the problem was and how it was going to need fixed. It was way more than I was expecting to spend and I was apprehensive about it but went for it. They were able to get me scheduled for later that week and the fix only took a few hours. It may have cost more than I anticipated but they had payment plans and a life time warranty. Thankfully they solved my problem and I am so grateful for that."
