"Since moving into our home 3 years ago, we have used Edington for all our HVAC needs. Each time they have been prompt, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing and service. Recently we needed to have our 14 year old heat pump system replaced. Edington provided several quotes and options for replacement units. After getting second opinions on if I really needed to replace the whole unit (air handler/outside unit), I found Edington to be correct on the assessment of work required and they had a fair price. The quality of work preformed was fantastic. The install techs were highly knowledgeable and skilled. They were able to work in my schedule. They also were very respectful and tidy in making sure not to leave any trace (dirt) of major repairs being done in my home. All in all I am highly satisfied, from the initial tech who troubleshot my issue, to Dan who provide me information and guided the entire process, to all the techs who preformed the install, I would like to say thank you for making a very stressful situation as smooth and trouble free as I could ask for. I would definitely recommend Edington for any HVAC needs."

"Update: still no contact, terrible company do not do business with! UPDATE: owner contacted me after posting this review and promised to take care of it. He never apologized about giving false personal information to the other HVAC company but did assure that I indeed was double billed and removed what I owed from the system. He arrived the next day and saw how rusty the part was and had never seen one that bad. He got that part repaired the same day but promised to ge the rest of the system resolved as the entire system is rusted out. Waited weeks and didn’t hear back so I called them. They told me they’d send over some options to me which they finally ended up doing. They said my systems condensation drain wasn’t draining properly. They want me to pay for the repairs even though the drain hasn’t changed since install so clearly they didn’t double check it for efficiency. They claim because it passed county inspection it was fine. So when did the drain all of a sudden change slope on its own to not drain properly? Seems like they can’t own up to their mistakes and pay for the labor to fix this as the parts are under warranty. Have asked for repairs to be free of charge but they have gone silent and it’s been weeks. ZERO STARS STAY AWAY!!!! Terrible company from the get go. Poor install led to needing to replace a unit that was less than 7 years old. Started using another company and was told to contact Edington to see if there was a warranty. Apparently owner of Edington thought it would be more important to call and hassle the other HVAC company I was using to dispute the facts instead of actually calling me back about the issue (still haven’t heard back). Have since had 2 different companies come out and they all say the same thing, poor install job led to the unit rusting beyond repair. The techs at Edington are friendly but aren’t knowledgeable so I got charged for for 2 service calls even though they were within a week of each other and for the same issue. Disputed the bill and but the owner also discussed that with my new HVAC company to try and make me look bad to make it sound like I don’t pay my bills. I don’t know how this company has stayed in business! Giving away personal misleading information to try to make yourself feel good is real professional. Owner is a joke…I’ll be contacting BBB"

"Dan communicates quickly and explains everything in detail. Nicely accommodated my service date change needed. Joel serviced and again everything explained in detail. Pricing was not outrageous at all.....not overpriced. I definitely would use Edington again and highly recommend. Thank you."

"Edington heating and cooling installed our new Bosch heat pump system to replace the original A/C unit they installed at our house when we moved here in 1995. This was a duel-fuel install requiring retrofit of the heat pump system to work in tandem with my existing natural gas furnace. Their professional sales and technical staff advised on the right solution, products and quick and seamless installation. The county development team audited the installation after completion. All requirements were passed on the first inspection. I have been a satisfied Edington customer since 1995 and will continue to work with them in the future."

"Jeff and the team at Edington always perform exceptionally! We have a boiler system in our rental property that was completely broken during the coldest part of December 2022. The specific part we needed was on backorder from the factory, 3-4 weeks before availability. Jeff contacted other HVAC companies in the area to try to find the part. I called myself to some HVAC companies,checked Amazon and other suppliers online. Everyone had the same response. On backorder. My tenants had to relocate because of the temperatures. Exploring all options to solve my problem, Jeff took the part to Sydney and had it rebuilt and installed the next morning.
