"I had an issue with the pitless adapter on my well. I called and someone was out the next day. He had it fixed in a half hour and we were back to a functioning well. The bill was reasonable (for well work) and came on time. The service tech was friendly and willing to talk me through what he was doing. Would recommend."

"Very disappointed. The only thing they did was turn on my water and took a look at my system to give me an estimate of updating and putting new lines in. I never got the estimate and I never got the $150 plus bill for just turning on my water until (over 6 months later) after Quinter had already came out for an estimate AND put in an entire new well system including 700ft of trenches lines to get water service to my barn. I asked for an itemized bill because it had been so long I needed a reminder and all they put on the bill was "check system". I tried to call and inquire more information and I left a message with no call back from the office. Very poor service. And absolutely terrible turn around time on anything. The only thing good out of this is that they didn't follow through and I was referred to Quinter which THEY gave top notch service and support. So anyone looking for quality and timely service I would go to QUINTER!"

"When we had a leak in a pipe above our (old) water softener, my husband and I had a discussion on what our plans needed to be for our basement and our water needs. We called Wiley Water Systems for an estimate. It was found our pressure tank wasn't working properly. Our softener was starting to leak elsewhere, we were going through at least a 40# bag of salt each week, along with a lot of noticable rust throughout the house. Our pipes, some were newer, a lot were steel and copper lines, it was the wise thing to change the metal lines over to pex piping especially since we were upgrading our water heater, softener, pressure tank, and filter system. Previously, our water heater and softener were a ways apart from each other and took up a lot of space, they were able to consolidate everything to one area. Since the installation we have noticed a tremendous improvement in our waters quality, pressure, and taste. We couldn't be happier with the results, professionalism, and knowledge Wiley Water Systems brought to our home. We can't thank Robby enough for all he did for us. We will definitely be using Wiley Water Systems for any future water/plumbing needs."

"Workers were very nice and helpful! They quoted me 1,000 before they left. I received the bill a month later and was 1,600 over the quoted price. Companies should really leave written quotes for the customers. Expensive lesson learned!"
