"We had minor issues with one of the windows in our home. They said both could use replacing. When they “fixed” the 1 bedroom window, they damaged the walls by using a crowbar and left the ledge unattached. It was colder than before in the room. Only after prompting, did they send someone back to “fix” it. Our second bedroom window now has ice and water all around it. The blinds were frozen to the ledge and there is water damage to the wall from excess water/ice. We never had this problem with the old window in the 3 years we lived here. Chris and his team are borderline scam artists and I would not trust them to enter your home. They’ll only make it worse."

We also have several screens including the sliding door that the screening needed to be replaced. I called Glass Guru and received excellent customer service. An appointment was made for an estimate in our home. Estimate was great, they left with our screens and returned in two weeks to replace the glass on our two windows and brought our screens. They even placed the sliding screen for us as those are difficult to adjust. Very pleased with our windows, they look new and no longer have the moisture in them obscuring the view. Glass Guru was on time, courteous, did what they said they would do and I would use them again for future needs."
