And the guy who came to put in her carpet tried to say the floor was a mess, it wasn't. And then tried to say my aunt needed a man, like she couldn't do it herself. And then the guy tried to say that he's going to have to charge her an extra $100... For what?"

"Pathetic and useless customer service. Had LVT installed in my great room and hallway. We are on the 3rd install now due to poor craftsmanship and installing. Nobody from the Carpet Outlet has been out to look at my floor. They continually send out subcontractors to give them all of their info and install the floor exactly the same way hoping for different results. The floor is continually installed too tight ( they never use spacers). No installer has ever checked to see if the floor is level ( an issue I have brought up numerous times). The last installer walked off the job because he was informed the floor was still to tight along the walls. I will be coming home to a bare concrete floor and still after months of dealing with this no floor! This company is a joke. Their contractors are unprofessional and unresponsive when you send them issues with the floor. STAY FAR AWAY! They will just waste your money."
