He picked out the straightest wood for my walls and made last-minute changes to my order with no complaint. Even helped me hand pull into the garage so wood is kept dry. All lumber delivery guys have the lift, and the only requirement is to drop and get back to the yard, so him taking the extra time goes above and beyond in a time where even basic customer service is a lot to ask for."
