"If I could, I would give them a 0 rating. They have had my window since June. It is now September, and they keep giving me excuses or don't answer the phone! To make matters worse, they still have the glass to my window."

"This was my experience: I had an appointment for a new windshield to be put in my car. This appointment was scheduled a week in advance, and I spoke to a person named Keegan. I arrived at my appointment time of 9:30 am to find no one there and the place was closed. I called and got a recording, so I left a message and waited a few minutes before deciding to carry on with my errands because I did not have time to wait for someone to show up. About 2 hours later I still had not gotten a call and I was done with errands, so I decided to drive back by to see if the place was open. They were, so I went in. I introduced myself and said I had an appointment that morning for a windshield. Keegan apologized for not being there at my appointment time but offered to do it then or reschedule. I asked if he already had the windshield for my car, which he did not. (?????) I said I was willing to give him another chance but I didn’t want this to happen again, which he basically told me to go elsewhere because he didn’t want to do business like that, as if it was my fault that he dropped the ball. So yes, I will go elsewhere. Not only did he lose my business, but he got this review to go along with it. That’s just poor business practice and sad customer service."

"My 71 year old mother's window shattered in her car. She got online two nights ago and got a quote from a company in Columbus. I called First Choice Glass yesterday morning and left a message. I received a phone call back within 3 hours. Micah (I apologize if not spelled correctly) already had the information pulled up on my mother's car from the info I left on the message. She gave me quote and said she would run out to where my mother works and double check to make sure the window she had chosen was correct after we got off the phone. She said the window would be in and would be installed today while my mother was at work today. The window was installed today and her car is back in working order! The company from Columbus said it would be late next week before they could get to her. We are thrilled with the promptness and work First Choice Glass completed! We will continue to use them for any of our window needs. Plus they are local!!!! Thank you for taking care of her vehicle so quickly!"

"This place did me right! Hit a deer and my windshield took the hit. They replaced it for me for less than any other windshield repair shop I called. They did a professional job and fixed my hood latch so my hood wouldn't fly up! They went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend for any of your auto glass repair. Only wish I could give more than five stars. Keep up the great work!"

"These people literately saved our lives. At highway speeds, the windshield was bouncing up to 3/4 of an inch from the motor home's frame. This is when Kat, Dave and Bob decided to bring the motor home to their shop until the windshields were re-glued back into place. They let us sleep two nights in their yard, supplied us with 110 volt feed for heat in the RV and left us a key to access the washroom!! These people did a great job and were very friendly the entire time we were there. All I can say is thank you all for your hospitality!! Mike & Cindy Ottawa Ontario Canada"
