"Poor Customer Service! Will never use again. They re-scheduled our SCHEDULED installation days twice, causing us to delay our move by a week! And only called us the morning of install to re-schedule. Carpet install was very poor. One room was about 1/2 inch from tack strip. Their blade sliced our baseboards and were supposed to come and repaint, but didn't. They scratched my wood floor as well. The owner seemed very callous and unconcerned."
