"Carol is great! She scheduled and ordered my tile samples and they came 2 days later! Skip was not helpful in the least. I asked basic questions such as cost of a tile I was interested to get an estimate on overall price and he refused to answer my question despite knowing my contractor and my contractor telling me to ask. Had to wait 3 whole days for Carol to get back into the office to get an answer. If you work with Carol you will have a good experience. If you work with Skip you will not. Im not impressed with their showroom or lack there of and that I can't pick tiles myself they have to bc of lack of showroom space. Found the exact same tile at Menards for $2 a tile versus their price of $6.50 a tile. I wouldn't use or recommend."
