"I bought a mini grease gun several months ago and 3 grease cartridges, the grease cartridges didn't fit. I went back and bought 3 more that we're hanging right next to the mini grease gun that I bought before and on the label it says that they work with the mini grease gun. And those 3 oz cartridges don't fit in the gun either. I am a disabled veteran who doesn't live close to the store so I took the cartridges back 3 weeks after I bought them and the manager said she didn't know how a grease gun works and I should take it to an auto parts store and see if they could help. Since I am in the middle of moving I can't find the receipt. And even though it was in the package and a Harbor Freight bag I couldn't get a refund. I have spent a ton of money in Harbor Freight but this kind of Customer service is the end of that."
