"I visited this nail shop today for a manicure, this salon advertised they take walk ins no appointment needed. I walked in told the lady what I wanted, she told me let me see if I have any available appointments today. After checking she said she doesn’t have anything available. I asked her I thought y’all took walk ins, she said not today. When I got in the car I waited 10 mins and called the salon to see if they take walk ins, THE SAME LADY SAID YES WE TAKE WALK INS TODAY! SHE DIDN’T SERVICE ME BECAUSE I WAS BLACK. THIS SALON IS RACIST,. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH NASTY PEOPLE LIKE THIS. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS SALON!!! THE CHINESE WORKERS IN THERE DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!!"

"This is my new go to spot I called early one morning and Traci answered I asked if they take walk ins she said yes can you get here in 15 I said 20 minutes and she said ok when I arrived my water was hot and ready she just told me to go straight back and I soaked then she took care of me from start to finish I had no complaints it was a clean and calming environment she gained a new customer for sure"
