"Our main house drain was flooding our basement. We called Action Plumbing and they were here within an hour and were able to find and fix two clogs within our drain no problem. They even when the extra mile to make sure there were no more clogs further along our line. They were beyond polite to us, even though it was technically dinner time for most people, and they definitely have a repeat customer if we ever have issues with our drain again!"

"I called Wednesday night, was told the guy had a few emergency jobs and they'd call me in the morning. They didn't call-I called in the afternoon, was told 6:00 PM. 9:00PM rolls around, no plumber, no phome call, nothing. I'm fed up enough to call and get voicemail. So now I've called elsewhere and have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully this other company is more professional and considerate of their clients' time."

"Very unprofessional. Charged $300 to snake a drain and didn't even fix the problem. Won't fix the problem and won't answer the phone anymore. Definitely will be pursuing legal action if not refunded the money. ETA- The owner or manager of the company eventually called me back. After 9pm, nonetheless. He was incredibly rude and snarky. He made a comment about how I had no idea what I was talking about since I'm not a plumber. He wouldn't let me explain to him the issue we were continuing to have and actually talked over me several times. He even started yelling at me. This is also the same person who hung up on my husband. This person is beyond unprofessional. I will never hire this company again. Thankfully we had Roto-rooter come out and fix the problem. Too bad we didn't call them first."
