"5 stars all around! I called the first day to have my kitchen sink snaked and unclogged, around 11am. Mark showed up before noon! He was able to fix the clog in under an hour. $225 might be a bit steep for a snake but again, I think it was convenience. I had him look at what I thought was a small leak in my basement while he was here, and we scheduled new piping and some toilet work for the following week. Fast forward to today, they fixed all my issues and leaks, new piping, and was done in about 3.5 hours. $1,100. Again, not sure how fair that is but I’m happy. This was a real problem that I had no idea was as bad as it was. My dad oversaw since I’m not sure being a woman exactly the extent of everything, and he was happy with their services too. I would most definitely use Paradigm again and I’ve already told a few others looking for good plumbers to call these guys up! Thank you so much gentleman!"

"Basement backed up and was flooded. They came out immediately. Extremely professional and courteous. Very transparent. Explained pricing ahead of time. Pricing is very reasonable. They were able to get our lines cleared. Thankfully it was nothing more than tree roots. They didn’t try to make it more than what it was.
