"Seems experienced enough but had my device for a month and didnt touch it. Called multiple times and many of those times said they would have it done in two days or three days and when i called on the day they said, they had still not gotten to it and that they were busy. I understand a microsoldering job is a daunting task but it should not have taken that long for it to still not be fixed."

"My mother passed away September 2020 and Ive had her laptop that does not work however, I'm not sure what is exactly wrong with it. Its been sitting around my house for years. I havent even powered it on. After some years I finally was healed enough to pull the laptop out and have it fixed so i dropped it off at this Irepair shop. No one called me for three days. On the 3rd day I called and they communicated that it was ready. I went to the shop and when I got there they said that it was not ready. They said they would call me when it was ready. Another three days went by, No one called so I called them again and they stated again it was ready. I went back and once I got there this person said that he needed more time. I asked why they told me to come to the shop if it was not ready and he could not give me an answer. He said that it would be ready on this day by closing time of the store. I had a feeling this was not going to be true so I didn't bother coming back on this day. The communication was really bad and I didn't understand why they kept telling me to come to the store and that it was ready when it was not I thought thats ok maybe the owner just has ADHD or is the only one working there with no help. thats totally fine. I was in no rush. I waited another 5 days and thought for sure it HAD to be ready by then. I went to the store and i could not believe that he said he needed more time. Why in the world would he need more time if he told me the last day i was in his store that it would be ready that day by closing time. This was like 10 days out of me dropping it off. The time didn't matter to me that would have been fine but i was extremely upset at this point because this was my 3rd trip to the store. By this time they owed me half tank of gas with my gas guzzling jeep. Anyway, they are nice enough but the communication is terrible. Also after this honest review there was not an apology, instead retaliation for sharing and communicating my experience at this business with a google review. If u look below u will see that he stated he called me and that I was incoherent. I do not even drink or use drugs.. I am a recovered alcoholic and stopped drinking 10 years ago. This business has NEVER called me. I am incredibly disappointed and I hope you have a better experience if you go there. I am a professional registered nurse and not some young kid who is upset just making stuff up. Id have no reason to do that. I hope the owner can learn to take accountability instead of retaliating with character assassination. This is a flat out absolute lie and I am completely taken aback that they are making up lies in response to a poor reviews and retaliating against their customers. Not all reviews are going to be good and being in business requires having the character to be able to handle criticism This business lacks integrity and ethics in business. Businesses do not thrive when they possess poor ethics and morals and will endure difficulty with success. This is a review regarding their performance. Ethical businesses take accountability and have the ability to own up of their performance and practices. This owner replied on this review that he believed that I stole my deceased mothers computer because I did not know what was wrong with it.. Good luck to you sir. Maybe you could try to be honest going forward in response to factual criticism. Maybe taking a business communications course could be helpful. Maybe a dose of humility? I'm not sure. For the customers, there are many good reviews here, there are also bad ones. I hope yours is good."
