"Sunday night/early Monday morning, our hot water tank developed a leak in the top. We had 40 gallons of water on the floor. I called Edgell Plumbing because of the high rating here and the fact they are close to our home. I was told that as soon as they could get someone there, they would call me. I told the person we needed someone to repair the leak today. And that we didn't have any hot water. After no phone call, I waited a few hours and called them again. Same story. They would call me when they could send someone. I apologized for bothering them, but again told them I needed someone out today. At 4:55pm after no phone call from them, I called and left a message on their answering machine. No response. I went to bed. Finally at 7:46 am Tuesday morning, almost 24 hours after my first call to them, I received a call from someone there wanting to know if I still wanted them to come and look at the hot water tank. He claimed he never saw the work order. No, I don't want you to come. I have another plumbing company coming today because obviously you don't want our business. Hopefully, the other company will come and repair the tank today as we have been 24 hours without any hot water."
