Now I will agree, it’s not beautiful inside, but some of the clutter is unique.. i actually prefer to sift thru different generations of equipment when I shop. When it comes to other services…that’s how a company betters itself: people using them. The service you get mostly depends on your needs. I wouldn’t go here looking for white glove treatment where you’re manicured your favorite way, but as a hardware store with other useful services..I’ll always stop in."

"They cheated me and charged me an extra day for my Uhaul trailer. A one way trip from Cleveland to Pittsburgh magically turned into a trip from the Cleveland area to Harrisburg. When I said I wasn't going to Harrisburg he told me it was in Pennsylvania too. I would have been better off going from Cleveland to Pittsburgh back to Cleveland and putting it back in their lot."

Not an exaggeration either, just every shelf discombobulated with the wrong pieces and parts. Boxes from shipments not put away and just in piles. Listen.. I’m sure whatever I need they have. But ain’t no way in hell I’m searching through this needle and a hay stack"
