"My customer sent a Kubota WG752 engine to country sales & service to be rebuilt. The engine had lost #3 cylinder. Received engine and installed it in May 2023. I Installed new air filter housing and hoses going the motor. At time of install.The middle of September 2023. The engine lost #3 cylinder again. Removed engine and sent back to country sales and service. They called my customer and stated they would not cover the engine under warranty. They stated that my customer had sucked dirt into engine. This engine did not run long enough for this to happen. Knowing that the air filter housing and hoses had been replaced. There was not enough hour on engine to be due a oil change. I'm trying to get my customer to sue them. If you are looking for someone to do rebuild work or to buy a rebuilt engine. I suggest you find a company that will stand behind there work. If you look at the responses they give in there reviews. They never honor there warranty. I have been a mechanic for over thirty years. I've made mistakes in my years as a mechanic. The difference between them and myself is. I own my mistakes. By there responses to bad reviews. It's like they never make mistakes. "BUYER BEWARE" Update, Everything he stated is false. This company did a poor job on the rebuild. Now they will not stand behind there work. Anybody reading this. I would think twice before doing any business with this company."
"Excellent communication, and fast shipping. These fellows bailed me out of pinch on a highly specialized Kubota engine, they asked the right questions to get a specific oil pan and water pump configuration a few years ago when no one else could."
"Purchased a motor from them over a year ago which is now out of warranty. My fault at this point. Main issue I have with this is that my father and I reached out to them stating how serious the blow by was on this "rebuilt motor" and how much of a concern we had of this because who wouldn't. They responded with, "It needs to be broken in and run it for awhile." I don't put many hours on and still had my hopes the issue would resolve itself trusting the "professionals". Called them back again stating that the issue I had 1 week after replacement was still a major issue. They now responded with. "It's been over a year not our problem and we've had some internal changes". Oh great, thank you very much for taking my hard earned money and giving me a lesser motor in return. I wish companies would take more pride in standing behind their work and at least entertain the customer. Thanks for nothing, I hope who ever is looking for a rebuilt motor finds a better alternative than taking the risk I did. Wish I had the ambition to reach out to the BBB because obviously this is not the first time with this issue according to other reviews and they should not be doing business if this is the outcome with basically no one to stand behind the work."
"Horrible customer service and they sent our completed motor back in parts as a joke. Our lawyer will be reaching out. Your company is a joke... The head gasket was not even correct and leaked when it came back the first time in which the motor had to be returned and the motor you sent back has heat tabs in it that are not melted. This motor had less than 8 hours on it. Nobody in your firm knows what is going on. We should have paid more attention to the reviews of your business before even purchasing. Customer service is horrible and your company tries to take no blame for the shotty service you provide. The reviews speak for themselves or in your case "the customers" are all wrong."
