"After quoting the job Ralph asked to postpone conversion of a gas furnace from oil for a year because he had too much business and I was a regular customer. One year later he rose the price by more than 10%, so much for doing a favor. The job quote included installing a gas line to my pool heater, which i paid for in the quote. The install was delayed until late fall and the pool heater shut down , so Ralph asked if he could finish in the spring, which I agreed to. Here we are and now Ralph doesn't remember the quote, the gas line or the marks he made on he wall to run the line. I wish him and RL Wilson no ill will, however they lost a long time customer and any and all referrals in the future. Success changes people, not always for the best."
