"Have always used them in the past and was very satisfied. Had all new carpeting and luxury vinyl planking throughout done last year (2020). The vinyl planking immediately started to stain easily and nothing could get it removed. I had them return and replace some of the planks with extras we had leftover (at my expense). I mentioned that I was fearful the product wasn’t going to stand up well to normal use. We left for the winter months and upon return in the spring, the staining was more noticeable, so I contacted them. I was told to contact the manufacturer, which I did. Then the owner came over and took some pictures and filed a claim with Mohawk. They sent out an independent inspector who agreed it was stained but the final outcome by Mohawk was that the claim was denied. So I have new flooring that cost a lot and looks like heck. I will have to replace at my expense again. Not sure what other options are out there. Very unhappy with the product and although the company did nothing wrong I feel they should have been more helpful in the beginning when this was first noticed last year."
