"Excellent locally owned company! They provide both commercial and residential construction services. We were referred to them by other customers that we are friends with. We contracted them to construct a detached building for our new home. Because of the scope of the project we wanted a company with with the experience to build commercial buildings as well as experience with residential challenges. They executed our vision perfectly! Even though the weather was a challenge and it was over the holidays they still completed on schedule. Probably the best thing was their accounting. Everything was open book and explained beforehand in great detail. There were no surprises or phantom costs. We could not be any happier. We highly recommend Aaron and his company!!"

"The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because I liked Nick. His crew, meaning Sean and Ron, were very unprofessional and took breaks continuously (every 15-30 minutes to smoke/phone for sean, ron asked me out 3 times and hes married). I feel I overpaid because I had to get other people in to do the job throughout because of some issues, very unprofessional issues. I was still charged the same even though i paid $700 to another electrician. Nick did come back and fix things and brought a different crew with him and they got the job done. However there were things that I could not believe happened during this kitchen remodel. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Used Midwest to assemble and do all related work for a modular home because the people I bought the modular home from recommended them. I wish now that I had shopped around. I ended up with a foundation that was cracked all the way through in two different places within days of pouring it I paid full price for that crawl space and water puddles up in both corners and five months later it still isn't repaired They also under bid the job by roughly $ 10,400 which ended up coming out of my pocket. They did build a garage on to the house and small front porch that turned out nice but they need to find someone else to do their concrete work."
