"What the negative reviews probably don’t realize is that Fastenal isn’t a retail store like Home Depot or Lowe’s. Their company is an industrial/commercial account based business model that caters to contractors and corporations....not the general public. Fastenal “brick and mortar” stores also specialize in bulk sales, not typically someone looking for one nut or washer. They certainly offer help to “cash customers” via their website if they would like to order from the company."
