"I had the Liquid Spring suspension installed onto my Motorhome by E.A.B truck service in May 2022. It took them approx. 2 weeks to complete the install. I am from the Chicago area so I flew out there to pick it up when it was completed. Chris the shop foreman took me under the Motorhome to show me the complete system installed. Approx. 2 hours after I left there for home the system failed I had no idea what to do at that point, it still seemed like the Motorhome was running somewhat smooth but it felt like it it was losing the suspension feel as I drove further. I contacted Don at E.A.B and he was attempting to figure out what I should do at that point, I continued to drive home and at some point the suspension ride became intolerable it was so rough.At this point the Motorhome was undriveable as it had lowered so far it would make it dangerous to drive. After many calls to E.A.B the morning after, Matt made the decision to drive to my house along with Chris to attempt to fix the problem. Approx 5 1/2 hours later arrived at my house and began to work. They arrived at 5 pm and checked every wire for low voltage. They eventually figured out that the motor was bad and replaced it. They left my house at approx 10 pm back to Cleveland. Just dumb luck that I had gotten a bad motor. Matt and Chris were great, I really appreciate them coming all that way to fix the problem and stand by there product and business. I would recommend them to anybody needing any work done on there motor home. or any vehicle. Knowing what I know I would definitely use them again. Thanks again Matt and Chris."
