"Despite not being a paying customer, Eric was incredible in helping me with a difficult situation. I made an online purchase of a new Husqvarna leaf blower which was leaking gas and Husqvarna refused to replace or service this unit. Eric looked into servicing this, communicated with Husqvarna multiple times, and ultimately offered to hold onto and/or dispose of it for me after numerous trips because Husqvarna's inadequate communication which resulted in them sending me to 2 other places. Every time I called, Eric was patient with a great sense of humor. Everybody here was helpful and friendly. Next time, I'll buy a Red Max from A-1. Y'all are the best and THANK YOU!!!"

"A-1 Power Equipment fixed my riding lawn mower right the first time. They picked up my mower, they called and asked me what I needed fixed, and they also discovered that 2 of the 3 blades were bent, so I also had them replace them as well. Eric in service is awesome, very courteous, he kept me informed on the progress of the repairs even though they were very busy. All this at what I think was a very fair price. They picked up my mower, on time, for a reasonable price, and then called me after evaluating my problem. I was given a quote that sounded good and was told exactly what I needed. When completed I was given a time for delivery, again on time, and the correct amount quoted me for the service. They delivered my rider and it worked perfect. I would highly recommend them.
