"Website says 24/7. Called three times over 90 minutes for emergency service starting at around 10 pm for sewer backup. Call service indicated a tech would be in touch but no one called back. Please don’t indicate 24/7 availability when not true."

"Called them over a week ago and said someone would be out the next day. I assumed they would be over to fix our problem but they arrived over an hour late and then said they would come back the following day to fix it. They never showed up. No call or anything. They called the following day and said they would be there later that day. Again nobody showed up and we never received a call. very unprofessional. On top of it all when we got a different plumber he fixed the job in 5 minutes and said the repairs they said we needed were unnecessary."

"Avon Lake plumbing is amazing! They came out to inspect and repair my French drains and basement/foundation needs. I had two other companies come out. The first two companies stated I needed 25,000-30,000 worth of work completed. Denis at Avon Lake Plumbing was the only one who stated that the work was completed but just simply needed a few extra things.He was upfront, honest, and kind. Denis, Paul, and Kristen have been great to work with and I will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs!"
