"These guys rock. Didn’t catch their names but I went up there 2/24 to get my phone fixed and the staff working was awesome . The service was quick and easy and they even took the time educate me on screen protectors and which ones actually work. I won’t be making the mistakes I did in the past thanks to them! They even helped me put my new screen protector on. This type of service is very refreshing. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again guys"

"Made an appointment online to replace a phone screen. When we showed up they added a $100 charge and would not honor their online pricing. Also stated would take several weeks to get the screen. We went to best buy and saved $150 and had a new screen in 3 days. Would not recommend ubreakifix"

"It was easy to schedule an appointment online and when I got to the store, Justin was very kind and understanding. He knew the importance of me needing the repair to my iPad and was able to provide great detail, assurance it would be done in the same day. I picked up the iPad and it was fixed perfectly, no issues and once again nice explanation of their warranties and policies. I've already recommended them to friends back in Avon, OH.
