"As I was driving east on 15 less than a mile from K&L concrete, a K&L concrete truck was heading west. As they were passing, an object came up and cracked my windshield. With it being dark, cannot confirm if it came off the truck or a road hazard. However, it most likely came from the truck. K&L refuses to cover."
