Last week we noticed mold on our basement ceiling. After opening the wall, there was a crack in the fitting from over-tightening. Their plumber even said, "yeah, this was definitely our fault. Well, since we didn't notice the small leak IN OUR WALL within the warranty period they are not going to repair the damage. The insurance company and their own plumber all agree that the small leak that caused the damage has been there since the beginning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They do not stand behind their work."
