"I contacted them to install a new floor throughout my upstairs area. Unfortunately, the technician they sent to my home was inexperienced and unfamiliar with the job. I have evidence to support this claim. Subsequently, I contacted other flooring professionals who confirmed that the installation was done incorrectly. Given that I maintain 24/7 surveillance in my home, I have a recording of a floor installer acknowledging the poor quality of the work and predicting that the floor would begin to deteriorate soon. As expected, the floor has started to warp and come apart. I invested significant money into this project, and seeing these issues arise is heartbreaking. I have attempted to communicate with the person in charge at the company multiple times throughout the year, but my attempts have been met with more silence. In my frustration, I even hired someone to repair some of the flooring and had to pay for those services out of pocket. I informed the company about these expenses, and they assured my wife they would reimburse me. However, it has been months since that promise was made, and I have not received a reimbursement check as of yet. I'm starting with the BBB to see if I can get this job fixed. I will not be paying any more money for this job. I want the company to come to fix the problem the right way. I have heard nothing from this company and its owner, and it's been over a year now. My floor is so messed up now. We started having problems with the floor 5 month after the install. Bye now! Update: After the owner's comment: We would appreciate. There is still one part of the floor that still worries me, but the floor looks better than what it did. Thanks"

"After being told by multiple other carpet stores wait times for installation were 6 months out, I branched out of our area a bit and called Lenawee Carpet One - Cynthia was Beyond AMAZING - she answered the phone immediately, had an estimate emailed within an hour, the carpet ordered the same day and installation was complete within 2 weeks, even though our home was a little bit of a drive. Cynthia even told me by the time she gets calls it's usually the last part of a project to complete/the carpet and they understand that so they try to get the work done as soon as possible - I knew at that moment I had found the right place! Someone helpful, caring and timely! The easiest and most seamless part of our entire renovation project. Cynthia even called the day before the carpet arrived to her to set up installation for the same week and called again after installation to make sure everything went well. I could not be more pleased with this business - it's so hard to find good customer service anymore but not at Lenawee Carpet One - they nailed it! I am very grateful for this business and would recommend them to anyone!"

"Absolutely LOVE our carpet in bedrooms and living room! Lyn and staff were great, so helpful in helping me with my decision. I needed 2 separate install dates and they worked right around my schedule with no problem. The installers were amazing, so polite and respectful of my home. We just had our house painted inside and I believe I only had one paint touch up. They did a very professional job from start to finish. The final day of installation Lyn called me that same day to see if all went as expected and I was happy. That really impressed me! GREAT SERVICE!! Would definitely recommend them for any job big or small. Very happy customer here :-)"
