"Someone shattered my car’s passenger side window. A coworker had suggested i reach out to Jack’s Glass because another glass-fixing agency couldn’t get me in for over a week to repair the window. When I called Jack’s Glass, they were able to get me in the same day or within the next couple of days depending on my availability at HALF the price I was going to pay at the other another glass-fixing place. When I got to my appointment, the staff was friendly, immediately got started on fixing my window and it only took about 30-45 minutes to do so. They even vacuumed up the rest of the broken glass that had fallen into the floor of my car. The staff truly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my window/car. Dropped my vehicle off the night before and had a call at noon the next day saying it was ready. They even vacuumed all of the shards of glass out of my car! "I had a rock hit my windshield on the way home from work one day and what initially looked like a small chip quickly grew to a decent size crack in the glass. I called Jack’s Glass and Jason was extremely helpful as he guided me through the insurance claim process. They worked around my crazy work schedule and got in me much sooner than anticipated for the windshield replacement. The work was done quickly and the new windshield looks great! That same day I also brought in my basement window screen because it had several holes in it. I was pleasantly surprised that they were also able to repair my window screen and had it ready for when I picked up my car from the windshield replacement.
