"My friends and I took a trip to Scotland and it was incredible in so many ways. Overall, I would highly recommend it. However, I would strongly dissuade anyone from using H&B. The greatest parts of the trip (e.g. bonding with friends, experiencing the links courses) has nothing to do with H&B specifically. But the negative aspects of the trip had everything to do with H&B. When concerns were raised with them, they always wrote a very nice email with lots of words that said nothing really. Never did they take responsibility for their action or lack of, but instead wrote flowery emails that only described how unfortunate the situation was as if they had nothing to do with it. (I suspect they'll write a similar response to this review). For the amount of money paid to H&B, one would reasonably expect a 5-star experience and the customer service to match. Unfortunately, I would rate their customer service and accountability for their lapses to be 1-star. In summary, definitely go to Scotland but don't use H&B. In reply to your response, I would only say that I do not see any reviews from the others in my party here citing how pleased they are with H&B. In fact, we all agreed that we would not use H&B again. As I mentioned above, we were all very happy with the bonding and golfing on the trip. There were several aspects of the trip that we all discussed and how unsatisfactory they were. Regarding your surprise gift, let me clarify that you kindly sent a photo album to all members of our party following our trip. That was a thoughtful gesture, indeed. However, you sent me someone else's book. I put the book in the mail "return to sender" thinking that it was a stock photo book not knowing that this was supposed to be a memento of the experience I had with my friends. Only later did I find out that all the other members of my party received this gift (the correct one). When inquired if you could send me the correct photo album, you have repeatedly stated that you need to receive the one back that you incorrectly sent me. And since you haven't received it by now I can only conclude that it's lost in the mail. Effectively, because of your errors, I am deprived of the memento of the trip that all others in my party have. But let's be sure, this is only the last point of dissatisfaction--there were many related to H&B's handling of the details of our trip. And, as I promised, your response was cordial but lacked any accountability. As a business owner myself, I find that your lack of accountability and absence of effort to make things right incredibly disappointing and disturbing."
"Second trip with H&B. First one was five stars.The driver in Scotland (Colin) was perfect….This trip to Ireland was perfect but our driver wasn’t quite the same level as Colin was. Helpful but you could tell he didn’t want to go above and beyond. Another issue was that after two days our bus with our party (16 men) reeked of urine. Doubt the holding tank was serviced…..Not fun when you are on a bus for hours at a time."
"Overall, they do a very nice job! Just be careful if you want to make any changes to your itinerary. A group of 8 of us decided to change our last night in Ireland to stay in Dublin to catch our late morning flight the next day instead of driving 3 hours from the west coast. We inquired 45 days prior to our last night. I heard nothing until 10 days prior to our departure from the states when I was informed that we would not get a refund for the night we paid for on the west coast, but also we would be responsible for our room in Dublin which ended up costing us €650! I figure that one night probably cost us close to €1500 in total. My advise would be to ask questions before you make a change. Had we known that information, we would NOT have made the change. H & B said they told me that....they did not. So beware!"

"Absolutely top notch. Expensive but worth every penny. Driver was the best. Donnal was cheerful and informative and fun. He called all 16 of us by name. Every course we played and every hotel was excellent. I will use H+B anywhere they go."
