"I just want to give thanks to ubreakifix to newport and Florence. The screen on my phone went caput at the worst time. I was tasked with the responsibility of uploading pictures of my family member who passed away and collected so many of them that had up synced with my google photos so the onyl way to have it done by the next day was to fix my phone. And thanks to the professional ppl at both ubreakifix i was able to get that done. Also a special thanks to the gary? Im sorry if i got your name wrong. But its the person who handles the customers. They only had two ppl working that and still got it done in 3 hours snd with as busy as they were he remained professional and friendly. I seriously appreciate your service."

"1st visit made appt online for 6 pm expecting to have phone repaired within 1 hr (stated by person in store) but was told would need to leave phone overnight and pickup next day but unable due to need for phone for work. 2nd visit was told it would take 4 hrs for repair and again phone needed for work. 3rd visit successful and repaired in 2 hrs. Highly encourage your techs to be consistent with information given to customer regarding wait time for the specific service needed (cracked screen)"

"AJ at the Florence location was great! Although he was ultimately not able to fix my husband’s beyond repair phone, he did everything he could to try. He was clear with what the issue was and honest about the possibility of repairing the phone. The prices he quoted us seemed very fair. Ultimately we were charged nothing since the phone could not be fixed. Given the excellent service we were provided we would not think twice before choosing You Break I Fix for any tech repairs we may need in the future."

"Summary of my review if you don't want to read my full experience: I recommend going here, but if your device is needed for work, let them know upon bringing it in and remind them as necessary. They're good at what they do but may be extremely busy and may forget some non-tech-related details. My full story: I was recommended here by my sister for a cleaning/repair. I took my device in and was met with friendly staff who told me my device would take 1-2 weeks to repair. When the 2nd week rolled around with no progress or communication, I went into the store to ask if my device could be started soon because of projects on hold. I was told it would be started possibly the next day. Another week passed and I didn't hear anything back, so I contacted customer service, to see if they could answer a question regarding my repair, who responded in a few minutes. They gave me the answer to my question as best as they could. The next day, I got notified that my device was being repaired, and not long after it was ready for pickup. Upon receiving my device, everything was working as it should. Finally, it may have just been a few technical errors, but I had to have my number fixed twice after I originally set up the appointment to have it repaired. So yeah, aside from communication/timeliness and my number error, everything was pleasant and my device is no longer having issues. I do recommend going here though, as my experience may have just been in the middle of a rough time and things got jumbled, but they do seem to know what they're doing regarding device repair."
