"Booked a trip through this agency to go to Europe for 10 days. After confirming the dates we wished to spend in each city we got our itinerary (2-4 weeks before we were supposed to leave) and the dates were wrong. 1. We couldn’t get a hold of the agent for numerous days, no answer from business phone, personal cell phone, and nobody was in the office. 2. Dates were corrected but then we noticed there was no boarding passes for our connecting flights (the agent never booked them). Mind you we leave for this trip in about a month. 3. Flights were corrected but then when we arrived to our hotel in Greece and our room, which was supposed to be a Villa Suite was a normal room. In addition to that, we had to switch rooms after the 2nd day and pack all our belongings up so they could put us into another room. The trip was still nice, but was the worst experience of my life, we went back to Europe the next year and planned everything ourselves and NO issues. I honestly wouldn’t have cared about most of these issues had there been good communication, but sadly it didn’t exist."
