"After being let down by another rental company, we were excited to find the perfect rental car close to home. We booked the car with an agent over the phone, confirmed multiple times that the car was available for pick up immediately. When we arrived we were told that they had no cars available in the size that we needed and wouldn’t until the next day. Very disappointed. We left with no rental and no other option."
