"Stay Away! Awful. Unprofessional "Businessmen". Juvenile like communications "skills". I would give a grade of 0 stars if the system would let me. I Initially contacted these guys on Feb 2nd. They said to leave a text for an appointment, never responded to the text. Texted on Feb 3rd no response then again on Feb 8th again no response. I called and finally got through sometime on the 14th of Feb. They came out the same day which initially gave me some hope. They spent about 15 minutes looking at my refrigerator and pulled a part. They said they would order the part and be back out to do the repair. I realize looking back they took no action to write anything down, should have been a red flag to me. Also be warned, they did not inform me that they were a cash only business. Luckily I had cash but he did not have change. I gave him $60 for a $50 dollar visit. He could not give me change as a cash only business owner, he claimed he would put the $10 toward the part when he ordered it. I had no problem with this because he would be ordering the part. He said he would call me when the part came in.......... I waited for a couple of weeks with no update from them, then decided to call and find out what the status was... I called March 2nd. He had no recollection of coming to my house or was aware of ordering any part (incompetent or lying?). He also asked me to give him the serial number of the appliance he would call me back. He of course did not call me back so I called multiple times on Friday March 3rd, no answer . I called him again on Monday, March 6th and they answered the phone. This time the individual answering the phone did remember me and informed me that the part would cost $105 but they need the cash up front (recall they still have $10 of mine and a $50 visit with no useful action complete.) Like I am going to give these "businessmen" anymore of my money. Stay away from these guys, big thumbs down for unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness and inability to make change as a cash "business" Kevin in Mayslick. Still looking for a reputable appliance repairman to fix my refrigerator. If you find one, let me know."

"1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Called and he was supposed to show up 3 different days never seen him at all! No call to say he wasn't coming, nothing! NOT professional at all."

"Call for them to come look at and fix my dryer they look up parts and tell me to order parts online and fix myself....ok ....but why bother having a repair company if you not going to fix anything?????"
