"BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST!! This guy showed up to my house to repair my heat pump, collected the service call fee, said he had to run out to get some parts and never came back. Completely ignored my calls for days.. save your time and money by hiring a honest reputable person which is the total opposite of what this guy stands for!"

"Got a unit put in 3 yrs ago and already having issues with it. Never got any type of warrenty papers for my unit at all. And never got any calls back asking if everything was ok. Don't deal with them very unprofessional."

"I never write reviews on people but I’m just a little upset. Have always used Walt. Always paid him before he left. Then I’m preparing to move and had some things done. He said he would send the bill. Got the bill on 6/25 or 26th. He calls me a few days later to see if I got the bill. I told him I would be putting in the mail. In the middle of the packing mess I didn’t get it in the mail like I wanted. He did try calling me again and I had a bad connection. Anyway I put he check in the post office on the 9th. That same morning he calls my realtor, yelling at her that he wants his money taken out of our sale of the house at closing. I was totally embarrassed. So don’t take more than 14 days to pay Walt. Also, the bills are never itemized as to what each thing cost. It states what he did and the total. I’m just very disappointed after doing business with him the passed 10 years."

"Purchased a new heat pump from him once we moved into our home. He has not responded to our service request. Very disappointed in his product and service. His office help is rude and disrespectful and I'm not even sure Walt gets our request. Would not recommend him or his product."

"I was so impressed with how fast Walt came out to give me a quote for a custom AC unit on my old home! The competition said it would be difficult to do, and the price was significantly higher. Walt gave me a two to three-week window which he fulfilled when he came out and perfectly installed my brand new AC unit and furnace :-) Two thumbs up all day!!"
