"Went to Mills in February to make arrangements for pick up of my mower. Did not hear from them and went there a total of 3 times over two months trying to get my mower repaired saying they would get to me in a week or two. Now July and have not heard a thing from them. Went to another repair shop and from first call till delivered back to me was only two weeks, I also had other things done to the mower and the final price came back cheaper than what Mills said was typical for the original repair. Not sure what has changed there, Last work I had done there was over $400 and was very happy with the work. Now cant even get them to call. Disappointed because I had my eye on a new commercial Toro ZTR and Doc was very helpful on the phone with my questions. Not going to buy an expensive commercial unit from them if I cant get anything fixed."

"The kind of place where service is just as important as the products being sold. Walked in, asked for a product. I was guided on the purchase. The owner made sure the equipment was working and filled up before we left the store. I had my 5 month old with me and he even offered to carry it out to the car for me. I know when he said if you have any trouble to call or stop by, he ment it. I know this will be a local store that will continue to get my business. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff that will go the extra mile."

"I've only been here a few times for parts, and once to have a chainsaw sharpened. Decent prices and service friendly enough. Regarding parts, it is best to call them and see if they have it in stock. Most times for me, parts had to be ordered and took a few days to get in, which is no big deal. If you need a part for a brand they don't service, they will give you the name of another local shop that has what you need."
