Expert knowledge and they didn't just do a simple repair, they installed a new baffle then checked the system and found the outlet pipe was also broken under ground a little further down the line and repaired that as well. My iron tank lid ring was so rusted it came apart and they're fabricating a new one at a fraction of the cost of ordering a replacement.
