"Very smooth process. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend."
"Our technician was prompt, polite, and put up with all my husband's questions with grace. He made quick work of our problem, got us set up with a regular cleaning schedule, and even recommended a change to my humidifier that will be better for our HVAC system. Very happy with our service!"
"The overall installation of my HVAC and furnace were great. My husband said the more experienced man on the job was polite, knowledgeable, and explained pretty much everything he was doing. My only complaint is with my thermostat... the trainee installed it slightly sideways. It works, I just hate looking at it."
"I can't remember the name of our installer but he was awesome. Professional, to the point and very knowledgeable. Our new furnace and AC work great and he we above and beyond to make sure we had the best system. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."
"So they were supposed to be at my house around 1pm it was almost 5pm when they finally got there. I had to call and ask what was going on. Then the guy was nice and friendly he did fix my furnace sequencer however he did something to the brand new thermostat I had just bought. It wouldn’t even come on. I ended up having to purchase one of theirs. The only plus was that I was able to return it at Home Depot. The guy was friendly and did do the job. So I guess it is okay but I was actually upset I felt like I had to buy their thermostat. When mine was brand new and was working before he started fixing the furnace."
