"The service I got was the worst I have ever had to deal with from any company in my life. I am only giving one star, only wish you could give a negative star review and they would get a ten for that. I had to take off work 7 times in order to get my freezer repaired. They didn’t care at all about that. The money I lost due to that is unreal. They kept sending techs out who didn’t have my parts and every time I would call and tell them, they would promise me the right tech would be coming. That’s a freaking lie. And then you would wonder if the tech who had my parts the whole time thought why I am not being scheduled to put these on? And then Assurant warranty company was just as bad because they would just put it on A&E the whole time. So if you want your appliance fixed right and not have to take a lot days off work then I would not use A&E repair service."

"Had an appointment for 12/15 from 8 to 5pm. The technician didn’t show up and then lied and said they came and missed us at 5:44pm. We were home the whole time and they didn’t show up. They didn’t call or anything. It said my technician’s name was Sean who supposedly had 5 stars. I called the 800 number and they said they would leave a message for the technician to call me. They didn’t call me (big surprise). I called back later the same night and asked them to have the technician come the next morning and they left him that message. The next day, they had automatically rescheduled the appointment for 12/22 a week later! This is unacceptable! No call and no show? I thought Sears was a reputable company."
