"Just received a watch that was suppose to be authenticated for authenticity and accuracy of the listing. The watch was listed as "MINT with some very light signs of wear on polish links but otherwise is in perfect". The bezel has some significant light scratches on it and the reference numbers on the warrantee cards don't match the version of this Omega as listed on eBay or the reference numbers they put on the their own authenticity card! Not sure I can trust anything supplied by Stoll & Co."

"In short, INCOMPETENT, AVOID. I don't normally do reviews, but this was the most incompetent experience I have ever had with a business. My family entrusted Stoll to do a clean, oil, and adjust on a family heirloom pocket watch that was running fine when sent in, we just wanted to get it oiled to maintain it. They had the watch longer than expected, then after it was returned, we realized it was not keeping proper time at all. Worse than when we sent it in. So, still under warranty, they agreed to take it back in and try again. When I got it back after they "fixed it" the crystal was cracked and it would not run at all. It was very clear to me that they had no idea what they were doing with a mechanical watch. We had paid them $700+ to do this work, but the more they touched the watch the worse it got. Long story short, we ended up finding someone else out of state to repair the watch properly for even more money, but at least it's fixed correctly. I would not trust them with a Timex!"

"I have received a watch with the caseback not threaded on, a quartz watch that was listed as automatic, customers have received watches with the hands loose on the dial and they claimed it was not them. Just had a watch not pass authentication as the “condition was not as described.” I have not had any of these issues outside of eBay’s “authenticity guarantee” program provided by this company. Could not be more dissatisfied with this service."

"Purchased a TAG Heuer watch on eBay and paid the extra $80 to get peace of mind in having it authenticated. Still & Co quickly authenticated my watch and shipped it to me. The watch was packed very securely and sent with overnight insured shipping with a signature required. I had no issues whatsoever and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for authentication or even repair."
