"I got my iPhone screen fixed in the summer: it took them quite a while and i knew right away that the glass wasn’t legit Apple glass, despite the price they charged. I recently cracked it again at work, and just got it fixed. When the man took the screen off, there were random screws just hanging out, not screwed into any specific area. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing since 3 screws were literally rolling around . Probably the reason my phone would just freeze up or crash .. 10/10 do not recommend."
"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE – They told me screen replacement would take 1 hour, but it took 7 hours. They got me in the door by LYING about the time it would take to complete repair and then giving me the run-around every time I called asking about it. The reason why I came here in the first place was because they were the same price as UBreakiFix, indicated it would take an hour to fix (whereas UBreakiFix said 3-4 hours), and opened at 8am instead of 10am. In hindsight taking it to UBreakiFix at 10am and picking it up 4 hours later (at 2pm) like they promised would have been quicker. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am on 7/17/2020. The individual I dropped it off with made sure they had the correct part and told me it would be ready no later than 10am and that he would call when it was ready (the form said Promised time was 9:32am but I was okay with 10am too). 10am came and went. When I called at 11:45am to ask the status of it he said things got really busy and they were working on it now (okay) and would call when it was complete. I was patient and polite. Waited nearly 3 more hours and called AGAIN at 2:30pm and they said it was being worked on now (again). This is when I lost my patience. I said look you guys told me that 3 hours ago and this was promised no later than 10am and here it is 2:30. He made a bunch of excuses about customers coming in (you don’t say?) and there only being two people there and a large number of deliveries (that’s fine, and I'm understanding to a point, but why make the 10am promise then? Because had they told me 3:37 pm when I finally got the call that is was ready, I would have taken it somewhere else). He then said it would be ready within the next hour. 15 minutes later at 2:45 he calls me and says the purple screen they were going to use that matches my phone was “defective out the box” and they didn’t have another one but would replace it with a black screen and back and give me a discount. At this point, saying screw it and taking it to another place would cost me 3-4 more hours without my phone so I said go ahead and do it. Furthermore, there’s no doubt in my mind that I dropped my phone off at 8:30am and they didn’t even BEGIN to look at it until after 2:30pm. They made EXCUSE after EXCUSE about why it wasn’t ready when promised even indicating that I didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get it (see, I was trying to be polite, patient, and understanding). Full disclosure: they did apologize and offer a 20% discount, which I appreciated, but still never coming here again."
"Took in my Gen1 Apple Watch to the Apple store for repair and it was going to cost more to replace the battery through them than the watch was worth. Through research found out that I could have it replaced through Batteries Plus for a fraction of the cost! I had the watch back within a week fully functioning. Cannot recommend this company enough!!!"
"I have three bright dots on my phone screen after having my screen replaced. They were not there before replacing the screen and don’t warranty the work since I got a battery replacement done at a different place. I don’t understand how the 2 services negate the warranty from one another...they are not even for close to the same problems. The workers were very rude when I asked for an explanation."
