"I am very pleased with our service from Tom Drexler. They were able to come out the next day, had clear communication about the process, transparent with pricing, and were very professional. Our technician, Emmett, was helpful, professional, and thorough. He offered an explanation of the issue as well as a solution. I would happily use them again for plumbing needs."
"My mom needed to have her electric service brought up to code after finding her mast pipe and electric meter lying on the ground. Josh Bailey came out and assessed the situation and returned the next day with Kevin and all the necessary parts and equipment for the job. Josh was so kind to set up a portable generator so that my mom could have heat and TV. Josh and Kevin completed the job in a timely manner, coordinated with the city for inspection, and contacted Duke Energy to have her electric turned back on. For some reason, Duke didn't send a technician out that day, even though the ticket was opened as an emergency. Josh called the next day to check up on my mom, and when he heard she was still without power, he contacted Duke to get them out to my mom's house. Josh was kind, friendly, and very respectful. The office staff was very nice and helpful. I also need to give a shout out to HVAC tech Corey, who came to check her furnace. He, too, was very nice, kind, and respectful."
"Johnathan did an awesome job installing our bathroom vent. Our house was built in the early 70’s, so we only had a window for ventilation. He did all the electrical work, installed all new ventilation, and did a better job than most at cleaning up our old messy insulation. We will definitely be having him back for future needs!"
"I had three folks from Tom Drexler help to resolve an urgent basement plumbing issue over the past week and I’m incredibly happy with the service. They came to fix a clog on New Years Day (for $99!), investigate and identify the root cause two days later, and replace the pipe that was causing the issue a week later. All three professionals were very kind and knowledgeable and also didn’t push services I didn’t need. Highly recommend!"
"Our plumber was very good; Jordan was professional, honest, cleaned up well. He had to come back twice because the city waterworks had not fixed an issue preventing him from turning the main water off. He was very patient. Good man and I will ask for him the next time we need plumbing work"
