"Took my oreck to them months ago looking for a belt and roller. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and a gentleman came back and took my vacuum installed the two parts I came in for as well and putting on a belt door that I had missing as well as going through it and replacing the wrong sized hardware that the previous owner had installed. I took it home and was shocked at how much better it worked. Would highly recommend to anyone...and I do."
