"Joe was able to fix my iPhone so quickly! I had a sensor issue that restarted my iPhone every 3 min. Within an hour he had it fixed like new! THANK YOU! 10/10 UPDATE: my phone was not fixed. The same issue happened within 10 min of leaving the store. I took my phone home to update the software as recommended by Joe and Apple whenever hardware is replaced. My phone couldn’t stay on longer than the 3 min to complete the update process. I took it back to the shop where Joe let me know he would be able to update through his system. Instead I was handed my phone back with the Apple restore screen. Took it to Apple and it’s unable to be fixed completely. I’m taking away stars because my issue was not only unresolved, it was made WORSE than when I originally brought it in. The customer service was excellent and I was able to get a refund. So that’s a plus for me."

"I had the screen replaced in my Samsung ultra 23. Price was great in comparison, service was speed. However partially my fault I should have asked it factory replacement parts were being used. They were not! Now I have I top of the line phone that operates like a bottom of the line phone. Screendoes not go all the way to the edge, very slow and unresponsiv. Screendefinitionis very lackin. I jrst felt lole this shouldhave been mentionedupfrontthat a very cheapreplacementwas beinginstalled. Spend the extramoneyand go somewhereelse."

"At first I was impressed. Then they have my phone for almost 2 weeks and I was not compensated for nothing. Then with one of the screensavers on it that they gave me shattered again along with the same issues I had before. I called and they told me that it was not guaranteed for 90 days or 16 because it was just the screen. No it was the same issues I had before. So now I'm out 269 no phone. Thank you so much!!!!!"

"Dropped off a IPad air gen 4 Joe told me shipping and screen repair will take 3-5 days. Also said he would give me a message when its done. Never got a message so I came in close to 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Joe said "Screen just came in will do tommorrow takes 4 hours". I was fine with that, didnt have time to pick it up the next day so I hold it off. I get a call at work its Joe saying the screen he got from apple is defective and I just say ill pick it up. The next day I come in I ask for the IPad. The Screen isnt even glued all the way on, there is hair behind the screen and the screen doesnt work. Joe is acting uncaring now im stuck with a broken ipad."
