"I know this may be long, but I can’t say enough great things about my experience! My heat went out on a Saturday night when temperatures were below freezing (it was a long time coming…) I have 2 kids, my elderly mother who recently had her leg amputated, and of course, pets. I was frantically searching for a company that could provide emergency services, but also not take me to the cleaners financially. I am a new homeowner and it has seemed like one thing after another has been hitting me like a ton of bricks…. But absolutely EVERYTHING about my experience with 5 Star was AMAZING! They were the 7th place I had called, I was exhausted and feeling defeated… but then 5 Star, from the very beginning, with the answering service that scheduled my inspection and estimate (completely free) via text, to the sales agent (Gage) that showed up 2 hours later with a big smile and incredible attitude, to the amazing crew (Jake, Josh, and especially Brandon!) that showed up the next day at the crack of dawn to completely replace my 30 year old HVAC system, EVERYONE seemed dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with the entire experience! Not only was I given great prices, payment options, and amazing service, (money has been a huge stress across the board for a lot of people, I’m sure!) but to spend the day with a team that spoke so highly of not just the company and their coworkers, but the man who owns and operates it (Kip - Profit on Purpose!) was very touching! It was an experience of camaraderie that you don’t see often enough! If you have an opportunity to hire any of these talented and efficient teams for services in your home, just know that the company you are supporting is also ran by an amazing human that is dedicated to supporting his staff and even the community in an incredibly profound and inspiring way! I can’t imagine ever using another service for HVAC/electrical/plumbing ever again! I would rate them 5 Stars 10 times over if I could! Thank you all again for being so awesome and may God please continue to bless, protect and provide for the entire organization!"

"I feel like I got the best of a bad situation. Of course, my furnace goes out on one of the coldest nights of the year and the guys came out. Gave me great financing options for an awesome unit installed within a few hours. "Our furnace stopped working on a Tuesday. We called multiple places trying to get someone to come out to take a look at it. We have a toddler and were worried about keeping her warm! Springfield Heating & Cooling was the first place that said they could come out that night! The technician was quick and thorough in assessing the issue. He, unfortunately, gave us the news that we would need a new HVAC system as ours was old and had multiple issues. He was compassionate and promised us 5 star service! The crew was there Thursday morning ready to work. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient! You could tell they were proud of their work. They gave my husband and I a tour of our new equipment and ensured we knew the ins and outs! I would recommend this company to anyone!
